They've done it already! They have earned an ENTIRE jar of marbles! As a reward, the class has voted and the clear winner is... lunch and a movie in the room.
Because of the half day schedules, there is no lunch again until next week so we will have to postpone our celebration until then. Children will still be expected to bring in their own lunch or buy a hot lunch, but we will be consuming it together in our classroom rather than in the cafeteria. We will also view a movie (rated G) during that time. Please congratulate your student on their collective achievement and as always, don't hesitate to contact me with any questions/ concerns.
